Sales Process

 

Unless otherwise stated, the photos displayed on our website are of the exact item you will receive. In some cases, we may also provide videos showing the equipment in full working condition.

Full payment must be received and cleared prior to items being shipped.  Labneeds LLC accepts Credit Card, Paypal, business  and personal checks and money orders.  Purchase Orders can be used if we have established a vendor / supplier relationship with your company or university.  Please contact to have Labneeds LLC added as a supplier.

Warranty

 

All equipment sold by Labneeds LLC includes the following warranty coverage:

• 30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. Returns under this policy are accepted at the buyer’s shipping expense.

• 30-Day Functional Warranty: All equipment is warrantied for 30 days against defects or DOA (Dead on Arrival) unless otherwise stated. If an item fails within this period due to defect or lack of function, Labneeds LLC will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

• All warranties are issued directly by Labneeds LLC and are not affiliated with or fulfilled by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) unless specifically noted.

Software and Applications

 

Original software may be included when available. However, software license transfers are the buyer’s responsibility if required by the manufacturer.

Labneeds LLC makes no claim of special partnerships or authorization from any original manufacturers unless specifically stated.

Shipping, Handling, and Returns

• Shipping quotes are valid for 48 hours and may be adjusted if carrier rates or handling costs change.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is being returned within 30 days for a verified defect or functional issue.

• If an item returned for defect or non-functionality is tested and confirmed by our service team to be in good working condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
